The Geneva Learning Foundation is a Swiss non-profit with the mission to develop trial, and scale up new ways to lead change to tackle the challenges that threaten our societies.

We are pure digital. This means all of our operations and activities take place online.

Nearly every day, we organize and facilitate one or more digital events that convene hundreds or thousands of participants from all over the world.

We want to help other organizations by sharing our experience and know-how.

In today's volatile, complex world, everything keeps going faster. The Geneva Learning Foundation has developed a package of interventions we call 'Accelerator' to help workers on the edge of chaos – those doing life-saving work in humanitarian emergencies, global health emergencies, and in development – do better, faster. This package can now be used by everyone – whatever your industry or the nature of the work you are doing – to accelerate problem-solving to lead change.

You should be able to embed the Accelerator activities into the work you are already doing for your event(s). 

You should expect to dedicate 3-4 hours each week to specific tasks, dialogue and collaboration that is intended to be immediately useful to your work.

You can choose to extend your participation in the Accelerator after that.

We offer a range of additional options, such as individual tutoring and feedback about your work.
